Each month, we have a pre-order offering for a limited window to be delivered in about 8 weeks. This system ensures that we can get each and every Smashfest Queen the gear she wants in her specific size, and by not ordering excess inventory, this ensures that our small business can continue to serve you.

All pre-orders are available for a limited time only. On average the ordering window is anywhere from 5-7 days.

Once the pre-order closes it takes anywhere from 8-10 weeks for the items to be shipped.

We are releasing 1-2 pre-order releases a month.

Because our items are made to order for you, all sales are final. However, there is a very active resale market on the Smashfest Queen Fanatics Facebook Page, and most items get snapped up very quickly there. 

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Shipping is free for orders over $150.

All orders less than $150 vary depending on size of the order.

We stand behind our products 100% and will replace or refund and item that might arrive damaged or defective.

If your order is lost - we will do our best to help you locate the item and will take further action depending on the situation.
